The staff went above and beyond to help. Willing to lend iron for wedding attire. Provided alternate parking and transportation. Cleanliness was exceptional.

The hotel offered 15-minutes direct walk to rajamangala stadium. No complaints whatsoever, the property met my requirements. An easy walk to Simply V, where you can have lunch:)))

the hotel's proximity to Hua Mak Indoor Stadium was great as we attended an event there. It was also easy to access public transport and a shopping mall nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel provided a limited variety of breakfast options.
The facilities in the room were minimal, and there was no hair dryer.

The hotel provided excellent services during my city break stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my experience. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a good quality Wi-Fi connection. the location of the hotel was convenient, with a shopping mall nearby as well as easy access to transportation options.
I found the facilities provided to be a bit limited for the price. There was no hair dryer in the room, and the provided bathroom amenities were minimal and not refilled regularly.

As someone who recently attended a wedding in the area, I found the hotel staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasant, even lending me an iron to touch up my formal attire. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location close to a shopping mall made it easy for me to pick up any last-minute items that I needed.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel location was quite convenient, close to a mall and within walking distance of public transportation. the staff was friendly and courteous, always eager to help with directions and suggestions. the room was tidy and spacious enough for a cozy Christmas stay.
The Christmas decoration was quite minimal, and we were expecting more holiday spirit. the breakfast selection was not very generous, and the pastries not too fresh.
